Manager, Marketing Communications at BlueCross BlueShield of Tennessee

No Offer – Interviewed in Dec 2011 – Reviewed May 24, 2012

Interview Details – The most frustrating selection process that I have ever seen. I applied in August and was 1st contacted in September to schedule a phone interview. Three days before the phone interview in October, I was sent a value profile to complete. The day after the phone interview I was sent a PI survey to complete. I was called in November regarding the next steps which were another phone interview to be done by end of month and a presentation to be done in December. Phone screen was not done until mid December and presentation put off until January. In January presentation was delayed until February. In March, the presentation and process was put on indefinite hold.In May, I received an email that the requisition was cancelled and would be reposted with revised requirements. In reviewing the revision, I far exceeded the only additional requirement and reapplied. Six days later, I received an email that stated "we determined that you do not meet the qualifications listed on the job posting." I am not frustrated because I did not et an offer. I am frustrated by the poor way I was treated. It does not speak well of this company at all.
