Interviewed Dec 2011 (took 9 months)
The most frustrating selection process that I have ever seen. I applied in August and was 1st contacted in September to schedule a phone interview. Three days before the phone interview in October, I was sent a value profile to complete. The day after the phone interview I was sent a PI survey to complete. I was called in November regarding the next steps which were another phone interview to be done by end of month and a presentation to be done in December. Phone screen was not done until mid December and presentation put off until January. In January presentation was delayed until February. In March, the presentation and process was put on indefinite hold.In May, I received an email that the requisition was cancelled and would be reposted with revised requirements. In reviewing the revision, I far exceeded the only additional requirement and reapplied. Six days later, I received an email that stated "we determined that you do not meet the qualifications listed on the job posting." I am not frustrated because I did not et an offer. I am frustrated by the poor way I was treated. It does not speak well of this company at all.

Interviewed Jul 2011 (took 4 weeks)
From applying online, it took 2 weeks for a phone interview which lasted about 30 minutes with 3 interviewers. The offer for on-site interview came within 1 week and last 4 hours with 6 interviewers set up as a panel. The tour of the campus was very interesting with a lot of nice amenities for employees. All interviewers were very nice and the atmosphere was upbeat and comfortable.

Interviewed Aug 2010 in Chattanooga, TN (took 4 weeks)
Very clear and organized level of communication throughout the entire process. Knew who to contact and the best ways to contact them, very fast responses usually within 24 business hours of initial contact. would love to try again for another position. Considering I did not get the job due to being "over experienced", I have no hard feelings and will apply for another job when one opens

Interviewed Jan 2009 in Chattanooga, TN (took 4+ weeks)
The recruiter contacted me first. He set up an interview with the Director of the department and two Managers, one in the department and one in another department. These were each one-on-one interviews. Then I had a phone interview with one of the team leads. This all took place over the course of about three weeks.
