Company contracted me after seeing my resume on line. Answered a list of questions designed to determine my suitability for the position. Spent one day interviewing with three or four individual people. Questions were varied and did not always reflect knowledge of my particular field. Generally speaking, the interviewers were nice but sometimes uninformed.

Interview process was very smooth, the whole process was done in the span of one week. The culture here seems to be tightly knit and all business. The employees seem to share one long work space as desks. The company uses an Agile type of methodology for projects.
