Interviewed Mar 2012 in Savannah, GA (took 2 weeks)
From a quick phone conversation to a one on one that discussed the role and responsibility of the position. The second interview I heard should have had more re playing and script reading, however mine was again more just discussion. We talked about the company and it's goals as well as my own. The manager was very polite and knowledgeable. At the end we both choose to move forward.

Interviewed Dec 2011 in San Antonio, TX (took 2 weeks)
Interviewees might be treated with disregard like I was subjected to; the entire interview process was disorganized, "dragged out" and unnecessarily inconsiderate. The process felt disrespectful and insulting. Also "draining" because after the multiple hoops and run-around I did not receive communication from this employer because I was not selected for hire. Don't bother unless you have a lot of direct experience, regardless of what their job posting advertises --- although during my interview I had observed employees that struck me as being unmotivated and bored ... that was weird to see in a sales environment. The interview was easy & brainless but the process was ridiculous. The interview itself consisted primarily of selling me on how great the job is, strangely.
