Interview Details –
Applied through college job site, got selected for an on campus interview. One 30 minute interview, lots of SQL questions and data structures questions.
About 2 weeks later i got an email to do a final on site interview at one of the HQ in Cali. It's a close drive so I didn't have to book a hotel or anything.
The on site round had 3, 30 minute interviews.
1st interview - Brain teasers, logic questions, SQL questions
2nd interview - Whiteboard C++ programming, dealt with Data structure (Binary trees, c-string manipulation)
3rd interview - More function design with data structures, and difficult SQL questions
Then after the 3rd interview, they gave me a written test with more programming questions before I left. The written test took me about 45 minutes to finish. After, I went home!
Two days later, I got a call and they told they were offering me a job!

Accepted Offer – Interviewed in Sep 2011 – Reviewed Mar 19, 2013
Interview Details – Was contacted by a recruiter and spoke with her for about 10 minutes. Scheduled an in-person interview with a regional sales manager, who wasn't even going to be my direct supervisor. He looked at my resume for about 30 seconds and then just chit chatted with me about my hobbies, life, etc... Didn't feel like a typical "interview." Before I knew it, he was shaking my hand and said he'd be in touch. The interviews were scheduled 45 minutes exactly, back-to-back. Was called within 3 weeks with an offer. Then waited about 5 more weeks for training to begin. At training, I saw the guy who left as I walked into my interview and the guy who was waiting as my interview wrapped up. The guy who interviewed us ended up becoming the RSM for a different region and we got a new one who had never spoken to any of us before training began.
Interview Question – Nothing was difficult at all. It was not a typical interview. It was more of a "getting to know you" type of conversation. Answer Question
Negotiation Details – There was very little negotiation. The base salary and benefits were already determined, and I accepted them. The location I picked was also granted to me.
