Interview Details –
I had 3 1:1 interview rounds, first with maybe hiring manager ( as they hadn't decided how senior the position would be) then , the actual hiring manager and then a HR lady. Conversations were fairly straight forward, about my background, what they needed, what the situation was etc etc.
One of the interview questions were, are you used the manage people and can you multi task in a fast paced environment? Also why BoA Merrill Lynch?
After 3 rounds, got an offer, negotiated a bit the salary, as there was not much room to do so and accepted the offer.
