Interviewed Apr 2009 (took 3 weeks)
Observation by a General Manager during a shift. You walk around, helping where you can, talk to guests, etc. If that GM likes you, you interview with another GM. General questions, about 30 minutes, to see if you are a good personality fit. Then on to the third interview with the Area Director. He asks more in-depth questions, situational questions, and future plans type questions.

Negotiation Details
No negotiation. I was referred by an agency who told me what the salary was up front, no room for negotiation. They pay bottom dollar. When I say bottom, I mean bottom. I was started at 30k. I was told to lie to the Area Director about making 5k+ more than that at my last job if I wanted to get the job. I needed the job, so I went along.
Other Details
The interview consisted of a 1:1 Interview.

Interviewed Aug 2011 in New Port Richey, FL (took 4 days)
I found out that Bob Evans was hiring from Indeed.com and then that Friday I walked in and asked for an application. Then I gave the application to one of the managers, and a couple hours later I got a call for an interview for the following Wednesday. That interview was a 2 on 1 interview with an Assistant Manager and an Assistant Manager in training. They asked 5 EASY questions ...#1. What is my availability? ...#2. Do I work well in a team? ...#3. Do I have reliable transportation? ...#4. What do I know about Bob Evans? ...#5. Will I be comfortable with their uniform?
They both enjoyed my interview..we were aughing ALOT of the time, then they told me to expect a call for the second interview. The next day I was called for the second interview on the Saturday with the General Manager. When I got there the manager was sooooo smiley and more happy to see me than anything. She said she had no questions for me because she knew that she wanted me for the job because she was watching me during the first interview. She asked me if I had any questions and I asked about the uniform..and then she hired me..I wont fill out any paper work until my first day! I'm so excited this is my FIRST job :)))))

Interviewed May 2011 (took 2 weeks)
the interview is fairly easy. I had three interviews, one with the assistant manager, the general manager, and the district manager(?), and they all asked very generic questions. My interviews went fairly well as they interviewed me based around on what i could relate too, a + for that. However, you have to consistently walk in or call and bug them, or they will never get back around to you.

Interviewed Mar 2010 (took 2 days)
was brief very informal and seemed odd to me that the person interviewing had never actually worked at the resteraunt level. second interview was conducted by the area director and was more of a tour by the general manager of the store in which you went to the interview. probably why the company has suffered lack of quality and hardworkers

Interviewed Apr 2009 (took 2 days)
It was a very basic face to face sit down interview with the GM and then the DM as the final decision maker. Very standard basic interview format. It covers job history, successes and failures, strengths and weaknesses, etc. When they ask if you are relocatable, it's not simply a courtesy on their part. They will move you from one store to another as they need with very little regard for your commuting distance or relocation woes.

Negotiation Details
No negotiation. I was offered at the top of their salary range and had no room to increase it. Benefits are also non negotiable.

Interviewed Nov 2010 in Wooster, OH (took 2 days)
I had two interviews, the first was a 1 on 1 interview in which I stated my interest and verified my ability to work, and met one of the managers. From there I was taken through the kitchen to see what kind of job I would desire, as they were hiring all positions. The 2nd interview was more of a group interview, in which we finalized paperwork, etc.
