I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1+ week – interviewed at Body Central.
Longer interview, asked general questions, told me about the company, where it was going and what I expected from it. Had 5 interviews - 1 in person with a current store manager, 1 on the phone with the District Manager, 1 in person with the district manager and 2 regional

Interview with district and regional in casual setting. Was more me asking questions of what they could do for me. Asked about the history of the store I would be managing and expectations
- Asked about my exp and history. The rest was casual conversation. Showed me around another store. Had another mgr explain pros of company and why she loved it. Answer Question

Fast Process you should know something by second interview. The DM is always hiring once you make it past the first interview you most likely have the job. Just be honest open and still looking for other employment because you will not be there long!
