I answered an ad and received a call telling me to go to their site and take an assesment. I was told that if they thought I was a fit they would call and schedule an interview.

I did not like the overall process and the so many of the stores seemed to be short handed.

The interview consisted of a Phone Interview, a 1:1 Interview, a Skills Test and a Personality Test.

applied online, called in for interview, one on one interview.the interviewer was extremely late. she talked about company, her history and asked questions straight from manual. was asked for second interview via phone with regional manager after. declined to do the second interview

I went online and filled out an application. HR send me a link to do another application and the online assessment. After that, I had a face to face with the shop manager. After the interview, we went into the shop and did a trial session. A week later, I had another interview with another Shop Manager but it was over the phone. The Shop managers were very pleasant but the challenging part is pleasing the District manager. That's the final phone interview. One tip: don't stress about your awesome customer service. They don't care about that. They just want to know that you can sell their product. Show that you are an agressive seller and let that attitude shine through. That's what will get you the job.

Interviewed Apr 2010 in Orlando, FL (took 2 weeks)
Prior to interviews a personality/ skills test was given. If you score over a certain amount they call you for an Interview. Interviewed a few days after skills test with 2 Shop Managers, Phone interview with DM 1 week later. Total time took approx 2 weeks and a few days.
