Not good. Applied internally. Got a response e-mail about 2 months later saying they obtained my inquiry. Then approx 2 weeks later I get an e-mail saying I'm not qualified which was bogus. This company is very shady when it comes to its hiring practices.They like to hire from within and if you're a contractor with them, might as well find another company.

Was initially contacted by the manager via phone. A phone interview was set up for another date. Phone interview consisted of basic items listen on resume. There was a huge push to verify all sales data listed. I can verify all information via performance reviews but if you cannot, do no put it on your resume. Phone interview lasted about 30 minutes or so. I was called back for a face to face interview.
A week later, face to face interview with 2 managers. (good/bad cop) It was evident they were supposed to use the questions the company supplied but that didn't happen. Overall, after about 10 minutes into the interview, I knew this was not the person or company I wanted to work for. I didn't like the antics that went on.

The interview process consisted of being interviewed by several different employees: your potential manager, a second manager of similar role, a potential internal customer, and a panel lunch/interview with potential coworkers.
The questions were behavior based. Describe a situation where you dealt with a difficult coworker, what would you do if your project was running behind or behind budget, if a member of your team wasn't contributing what would you do. If you prepare for this line of questioning you will do well.

I was contacted by an outside recruiting service that was screening sales candidates. My phone interview with the recruiter was in-depth but no more than 30 minutes. He shared with me some initial pieces of information regarding the process and the corporate expectations for the position. I was scheduled to meet with one to two Regional Directors from outside of the Region the next day. I met with the two Regional Directors the next day. They were dress in relaxed business casual and appeared to have an agenda to follow in their face-to-face screening interview. Their attention was focused solely on my submitted resume and they asked questions relating to information on that resume. Based on the questions that I was asked, they did not seem prepared and had not reviewed my resume prior to the interview. There was little effort on their part to engage in full conversation or to jointly review my sales achievement portfolio. They were simply going through the motions of the interview.

I didn't walk away impressed with the company - as demonstrated through interview with sales managers. They weren't very positive and lacked charisma. One of the managers actually appeared very disheveled.
