Interview Details – Interviews at Boeing follow a STAR process. Situation, Task or Action, and Result. You are usually asked 4-5 questions, and are usually derived from the bullet points in the job req. You are asked to describe a situation you've been in, what your actions were to solve the situation and the results of your actions. It's never more than an hour and there are usually 5-8 candidates that are asked to come in for each req. The process can take over 3 months from the time you apply to the time you get a job offer.

Negotiation Details – The benefits, vacation, and such are non-negotiable. The pay is derived from a system that they put your information in. If you are from outside, you can negotiate your pay a lot easier than if you are inside.
