Interviewed Jun 2010 in Everett, WA (took a day)
I applied for numerous positions on the Boeing website that I felt I had experience and qualifications for. Because of all the applications they go through, they use a lot of key words to look through resumes. made each resume different for each position I applied for.
It took me months to hear back, but I was called in for a interview. The interview happens in a cafeteria like setting, where there are tables set up and other people are being interviewed. When they set you up for an interview, they give you an idea of what the interview will be like, and tips on how to prepare.
I was interviewed by 3 people who were supervisors for my position. Each one asked 1 question, where i was suppose to give a situation, explains that tasks i took to come up with an answer There wasn't much eye contact, since they were writing my answers down. The interview was less than an hour.
Unlike many people who hear months later, I was lucky enough o hear about 2 weeks later. I took the position without negotiation.

Interviewed Sep 2008 (took a day)
The Boeing interview is a structured 1 hr interview that consists of 5-9 questions. All following the Situation, task, actions, results model. The questions are based on the core competencies that are listed in the job description. Followed by those questions, you'll have a chance to ask your own questions. There are usually 2-3 managers in the room from that specific work group you're applying to.

Interviewed Apr 2008 in Renton, WA (took a day)
I was interviewed by the hiring manager and an HR rep. The interview lasted 30 minutes. The manager read questions to me that were related to the job and asked me to elaborate on those experiences. Moreover, the interview questions were technical, not so much behavioral.

I applied on line after three months got email for the phone interview. After confirming date and time, I was called. Only one manager called. The phone was put on the speaker phone and interfiew lasted for thirty minutes. It went fine. After two I as called in person for the ineterview. I requested for hotel to stay in over night and the next morning interview was scheduled. There were hiring manager, team lead and one engineer. They showed procedure during which they asked few questions and were looking for my input.
I think I answerd correctly. After coming back the hr told me I was selected but offer only made after checking all the degree and credit history. It turned out to be and the offer was made.

Interviewed Apr 2010 (took 8 weeks)
Was structured phone interview, there were at least 3 interviewers present on the other side of the line. interview took almost 50 minutes. I was in Russia at the time interview took place, and due to time difference it was well after midnight in Moscow. The connection was not very good either.
I don't remember all questions, but the hardest ones were about dealing with conflicts in multicultural environment. I wasn't ready to provide any examples and stumbled there. The technical questions went well and it seemed the interviewers (or at least two of them ) were satisfied. About a month after the interview I received an e-mail from the HR person stating that that they selected another person for the position.

Interviewed Apr 2010 in Seattle, WA (took a day)
Phone interview was tricky.. It was a panel phone interview. 3 people on one side and me on the other.. They didn't ask me any resume questions.. They gave me a case to solve.
The in-person interview was also a group/panel setup. People were very friendly and professional. They asked scripted questions. And each person took a lot of notes of my answers. I felt good about the answers I gave, but for some reasons I didn't get the offer..
