Interviewed May 2010 in Mesa, AZ (took a day)
My application first went through a screening process to which I was selected to proceed to a phone interview. I schedule a date for the phone interview. The phone interview lasted around 30 minutes - ranging with all types of personal experience questions. The interviewers were extremely kind but I was later notified that I did not make it past the selection process.

Interviewed Oct 2009 in Mesa, AZ (took a day)
The interview I had with Boeing was initially on the phone (which consisted of a panel of 5). I was told in 3-4 days that I was invited to fly down for a face to face interview (again panel, 6 people). I flew down and they interviewed me for about an hour and then gave me a tour of the facility. The questions were very simple, example: What was your most challenging class? What is your ideal work place? 7 questions total. I was told by e-mail within a week that they could not offer me. I should have got it, I guess I just got really nervous and did not answer too well.

Interviewed Jun 2008 in Mesa, AZ (took a day)
This division / work group uses the "structured" interview technique. The questions covered problems that were encountered on previous job assignments including technical problems, co-worker problems, etc. They were interested in what the problem was and how you approached and eventually solved the problem.
