Boeing has a great Structured Interview process, every candidate gets asked the same questions so the interview is very fair. You really have to study the job description and the application so that your prepared for the interview. I really liked it they asked me great questions and because I had looked at the website I answered well

Met with a recruiter at my universities job fair and he was told me about an accelerated hiring process that they were in town for and told me to expect a call either that night or the next morning requesting an interview. I scheduled my interview the next morning. I sat with 3 people giving the interview and they asked 5 questions relating to my specific engineering experiences. Interview took about 1 hour.

I attended a career fair and there I met with a number of Boeing recruiters and hiring managers. They recommended me for a Panel Interview on the spot and it was scheduled the very next day. The interview was a panel setup of 4 and took it approximately an hour in time. The questions asked focused on your previous accomplishments and the steps taken to achieve them. They also asked behavioral questions as to how you would approach work related situacions that were specific to the position. They were all very welcoming and nice but it was fairly intimidating experience.

I just received a call from boeing saying that they want to setup a phone interview with me.
I applied for this job almost 3 months ago and finally got a call from them...
I am in the process of preparing answers to interview questions... hopefully I can advance to the 2nd round interview

It was based on my resume and work experience. I was asked to highlight specific skill sets that would help me if I took up the assignment. The people who interviewed me were friendly and did cross question me if they weren't satisfied with my answers. It was a good experience on the whole. I am awaiting their response.

I met with a representative of the department I'd be working in, and that department manager's manager. They were friendly and nice, and had reviewed some of my resume in advance. They were clear about the specific tasks for a short-term contract, and asked to see writing samples (which I'd brought).

There was none. This position came through an agency which had already told me the hourly rate which was quite nice.
