Interviewed Apr 2011 in Saint Louis, MO (took a day)
I initially applied online, and was contacted via email to set up a phone interview. The phone interview lasted about 1 hour and there was a panel of Boeing employees: HR manager, hiring manager, and past intern. The interview consisted of four behavioral questions. The three interviewers were very nice and tried to make conversation based on my answers to the questions.

Pretty much as everyone else has said, STAR interview technique. The interviewers give you a prompt, such as "Describe a time when you had to lead a diverse team and how you tailored your approach to the different groups of people." You then have to describe the situation in which you dealt with this issue, the tasks that you were required to perform or the actions you took, and the results of those actions.
The interviewers in my case were not particularly friendly and could not answer many of the questions I had about the specific position, although they were knowledgeable about Boeing in general. Overall, the interview left me feeling less excited about the position.

Reason for Declining
The interviewers told me I would hear back either way within 5 days. When I finally received the offer a little over a month later, I had already accepted a job elsewhere.
Other Details
I got the interview through a College or University and the interview consisted of a Group/Panel Interview.

Interviewed Apr 2009 in Saint Louis, MO (took a day)
I applied via their website. It was a panel interview, with 4 interviewers. They ask behavioral questions, ie, "Tell me about a time when......" and you have to give an example of what you did in that circumstance. If you apply for any job at Boeing, I would say to really study the job description, then translate that into behavioral questions that might be asked. ie, if "ability to work with other departments" is noted on the job description, think of some concrete and detailed examples of how you have done this successfully in the past. Check out jobinterviewquestions.org for more information on behavioral interviews.
The people interviewing me were very nice, professional, and tried to make me feel comfortable - panel interviews can be intimidating if you've not been through one. They seemed genuinely interested in finding the right fit, which doesn't necessarily mean you have to have tons of experience and high level degrees.
The culture seems to be serious yet relaxed - ie, work very hard but have fun in the process.

Interviewed Dec 2010 in Hazelwood, MO (took a day)
The interview was easy. I just looked at all the interview questions posted on glassdoor and I made it out alright. It was weird that somebody in a division I wasn't going to be hired into was interviewing me though.

Negotiation Details
No ability to negotiate, although I found out later in my internship that I was being paid 5 dollars an hour under one of the other interns and I got that straightened out with a five dollar an hour raise.

Interviewed Jun 2008 in Saint Louis, MO (took a day)
The initial position was posted online in February and I applied right away. The requisition number did not close until April, two months later. I was contacted in May to fill out a more in depth application and then later that month I was asked to schedule a phone interview in June.
The phone interview was done by a panel of managers and leads from the company. It is what I have come to know as the standard behavioral interview where they ask you about situations you have encountered in the past and ask for the situation, action, and results. For example, please tell us about a time when you did X, or please tell us what your role in X situation was, what action did you take, and what were the results? Panel members look at how well you draw from your work experiences or other relevant experience from school or volunteer projects.
I was given an offer and asked to respond almost immediately. The initial offer was written like I was an unemployed recent college graduate offering a salary that was lower than my job at the time. I did not agree with their terms, so I countered their offer. At the same time I had to begin the background investigation and drug testing.
When I sent my counter offer to the HR representative, he was somewhat rude. Then they countered my offer with something kind of inbetween which they said was their "best and final offer." I thought it was a much better offer and decided to accept it.
Next, they wanted me to start right away, not even giving me time to give my current employer notice. I argued that if they were my current employer, they would not be very happy with an employee like that and I was able to negotiate a better starting date.

Negotiation Details
I could tell that they did not like negotiating, but I know many employees who have negotiated salary, benefits and starting date. If you really think the offer is unfair then try to get them to make you a better deal. If they really want you or need you it is a lot easier to negotiate. Be careful not to ask for too much or they may find someone else.

Interviewed Oct 2007 in Saint Louis, MO (took 3 weeks)
Phone interview then an on-site, group interview. Two engineering managers on the phone and at the group interview. Very impressive tour of the production facility. Behavioral interview questions. Had to relate the questions to my previous job experience. Laid back and very comfortable process. Phone interview then in-person interview seems to be the standard Boeing procedure.

Interviewed Nov 2008 in Saint Louis, MO (took 4 weeks)
Note: this position was targeted at recent college grads.
A couple weeks after submitting my resume to their website, I received an automated email saying I was being considered for the position, and I had to fill out a more detailed online application. A week or two after that I was contacted via email requesting a phone interview, which I accepted. The phone interview was conducted by two hiring managers and lasted about 30 minutes. They took turns asking fixed questions, 6 in total. Most questions were not technical in nature, but rather involved describing some situation in the past and how I handled it. At the end of the phone interview they indicated that they would like to bring me out for an on-site interview.
The on-site interview was set up for a few weeks later (they had fixed dates), and I was there with a group of 6 candidates in total. They flew me out the night before and back on the same day after the interview. The interview lasted from 9am - 3pm. It involved presentations by them about Boeing, the work environment, and benefits; three one hour one-on-one interviews with representatives from different Boeing groups; and a tour of the facility. At the end of the day, they indicated that offer/non-offer packets would be sent out that night. I received the offer two days later.
