I was called 1 month later, I called and then a regional manager called me and set up an interview. I entered with the regional manager and she said to go to other Bojangles and see how I felt and email or call her. I did exactly that and emailed her back and she called me and told me she was referring me to the Unit Director to the store. I got an 2nd interview and I got the job contingent to the back ground and drug test.

It was not bad I wanted the most but she met me half way, even though I had no shift manager experience my degree helped me make more than the other shift managers.

I Applied Online and the interview consisted of a 1:1 Interview, a Skills Test, a Personality Test, a Drug Test and a Background Check.

I fill out an online application for bojangles. After a couple of weeks, I got a call from the manager to schedule a interview. I wore my best causal wear, and i of course they were busy cause it was a Saturday.
Eventually, The manager came over and interview me. He ask me bout 5 questions personally, why i like the job and what i can offer. I ask plenty of questions and the interview was over. I kept calling to check on my status since he didn't call me as he told me. i didn't get it, but it was worth a try

Was called on the phone by and individual to set up an appointment to interview. Arrived on-time and waited 15 minutes and was interviewed by a different individual. Interview was typical in form and asked about things that could be read of the resume plus background questions and goals.
