Had some test over the internet (2). After that i got a phone interiew. Got selected and got invited to a 2 day in Germany. There, we were in group for different group interview/presentation/test. It was my first time in a something like that and i found it really well prepared and structured. We met with a lot of manager from different section adn from different contry. People seems really friendly and professional.

I was asked to conduct 2 telephone interviews that were very professional, and the participants were polite, courteous and very well organized in their questioning. Preparation included reviewing the website job posting. Interview questions include describing how your current job qualifications meet the posted job requirements.

Not really given a job description, was told the it was "a get to know you" interview and wasn't prepared for the questions or the role that they had in mind. Was very difficult to prepare when you don't know what to prepare for. Didn't feel welcomed, one of the interviewers left after 15 minutes, which didn't make me feel good and the other interviewer was looking at his watch as though I was boring him.

There was a technical interview from the recruter.There was then a 30 minute interview from the manager. Then there was a one on one interview with the manager and the HR Representitive. The phone interviews were on basic engineering and project knowleage and the face to face was based on how you handled situations in the past.
