I met with Ad Manager and she asked me some questions about my resume such as What skills, strengths, and weaknesses that I possess. She then explained the position and let me meet with a Account Manager who asked me more simliar questions. She asked me to give a summary about my resume. Then I had to take a typing test.

I was fortunate to have a word of mouth referral who also passed along my resume. I was able to meet directly with the person hiring for the position and did not have to first meet with a HR Hiring Manager. Our interview lasted about 30 minutes and was not stressful. I followed up twice but never heard back from the interviewer.

Interviewed Mar 2009 in Winter Park, FL (took a day)
My contact was very communicative though it took half a year for the position to become fully available. Once they were serious about hiring for the position, I was invited to Winter Park for a full-day interview. I was contacted and basically given a 7-day advance. They paid for travel including air, car and hotel. It was an organized day in which I was scheduled to meet with various people from 9:30 until 4:00.
