Interviewed Sep 2011 in Amsterdam (Netherlands) (took 2 weeks)
First interview was by phone with 2 techies, they talk a bit about the company and then move on to technical and business related questions. Questions were pretty basic.
I had 2 more interviews in the office, both with 2 techies. They seemed to be ill-prepared for interviewing, same questions are asked in every interview.
People are open minded and smart, lots of different cultures.

I got the interview through a Recruiter and the interview consisted of a Phone Interview and a 1:1 Interview.
