I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Booz Allen Hamilton in Feb 2012
Interview
Was contacted by a recruiter requesting a phone interview after she saw my resume in a database. She rescheduled the interview twice, and then finally cancelled it all together after asking me last minute what my clearances were. She was not familiar with the job descriptions for which she was recruiting, and it appeared she had not even read my resume in total. This is the third similar experience I have had with Booz Allen in the past year alone.

Question 1
What is your clearance level? (The only question asked pre-interview, which was eventually cancelled).
I had a phone call with the Screening Recruiter. Then a Zoom call with the Project Manager a few days later. Then an in person skills interview with a panel (Client).

Question 1
What is a difficult project you worked on and what was the outcome?
Good interview. They asked me about my work history and confirmed things on my application. They asked me the classic interview questions. They didn't extend an offer but overall was a good experience.
One call with recruiter and one call with hiring managers. Both calls were very professional and relaxed. The hiring manager went into great detail about the actual project and I appreciated how quickly and effectively they interviewed.
