Accepted Offer – Interviewed in Washington, DC May 2010 – Reviewed Jan 9, 2013
Interview Details – One phone interview with HR and then invited to McLean to meet Senior Associates. Interview questions were mix of behavioral and case.
Interview Question – They will sometimes ask really off the wall questions. (What product would you develop to market if we lived in a gravity-less environment?) Answer Question
Negotiation Details – A couple of rounds of salary negotiations. They really like to bid low compared to other firms.
Other Details - I applied through a recruiter and the process took 3 weeks.
