Very formal interview process, round-robin where you are in a room with approx. 12 other candidates. Each interviewer comes to your table for a 30 minute interview. They were not as well organized as I would have expected. The first interview I was there with the wrong group. The second interview we wandered around the building looking for the rooms where the interviews were to take place. The recruiter was generally polite and professional but had a condescending attitude and you got the feeling there were other things she would rather be attending to at the moment. I suppose I didn't fit what they were looking for, and that's ok, but I was not left with a very favorable impression of the company.
