Interviewed Nov 2009 (took a day)

Met with three different team members to include hiring authority. Subsequently learned the title of the available position didn't match my experience (I was too senior) and therefore it was below my targeted compensation range. Interview took place in single small conference room and I met back to back with three of four scheduled team members. Not a lot was asked about my resume & background, discussion focused more on what type of work I was looking for. I learned that their client is going through a contractor to civilian conversion process and there isn't much in the way of hiring additional consultants as a result.
