Interviewed Nov 2008 in San Diego, CA (took 3 days)
I first spoke with the hiring manager for EBA, he then informed me of a few positions available. I asked to meet him and discuss my quals. We talked about my background and the challenges of the job. He then referred me to the hiring manager for my specific location.
The second hiring manager was very easy to deal with. He understood that I had about 3 years financial experience and gave me a review of the job, the location, and the perks. He asked if it was something I was interested in, and I accepted.
The thrid interview was with another memeber of the team who really just explained what to expect, and asked if I was still interested. Of course I was, so they hired me the next day.

Negotiation Details
Was not able to negotiate on the salary, however I asked to be considered for a pay adjustment in 6 months, depending on my performance.
Other Details
I applied In-Person and the interview consisted of a 1:1 Interview and a Background Check.
