Accepted Offer – Interviewed in McLean, VA Feb 2011 – Reviewed Feb 23, 2011
Interview Details – phone screening with the recruiter, 1-hour writing test at home, and an in-person "speed dating" interview where I met with three different interviewers 30 minutes each
Interview Question – What is the role of the government as a market? How would you say it impacts small business? Answer Question
Negotiation Details – I gave them a number higher than the offer originally given, HR got back to me and said the offer stood as is. In the initial phone screening they pressed me to give a salary requirement - try to avoid giving a number so early in the process
