Interviewed Dec 2009 in Houston, TX (took 1 week)
The first round was a phone screener. I spoke on two separate occasions, one with an SA (engagement manager) and the other with a Principal. Both were in the Cleveland office. They gave case interviews on the phone. Both cases were about consumer product companies. The first was about how to grow revenue in a shrinking market, while the other was about a CPG firm re-designing its product set on shelves. Both folks I spoke with were engaging and talkative, though the cases were tough (especially on the phone).
The second round was in-person and consisted of three interviews: 1 Principal, 2 Partners. These cases related to energy & gas and to consumer products. The cases were harder than the first round, with one being VERY tough. They were enjoyable to talk with and, despite the cases being difficult, they struck a good balance between challenging me and collaborating to solve the problem.
There were also behavioral questions and some background stuff. All of the logistics and communications went smoothly, no issues there. While the interviews were tough, I thought they were fair, and the whole process left me with a positive feeling about the company.

Negotiation Details
I was able to negotiate moving my offer from one city to another. They were flexible about this, which made me very happy. Also, they were able to speed through my signing bonus in to the current year, which helped me save a lot in taxes. They didn't have to do either and it left me impressed with how quickly they were able to move.

Interviewed May 2010 (took 4 weeks)
Flown out for the interview. Met with great people and really enjoyed myself there. They were actually fun to talk and deal with and am looking forward to working with them in the future. There were 5 back to back half an hour interviews with case and fit. They actually wanted to know who I was which I appreciated and which is the main reason why I was actually interested in pursuing them.

Recruiter took a while to let me know, but it was all worth it. Just took it and did not negotiate it. Pay was much higher than my current gig but on a hourly basis it sucks

Interviewed Dec 2010 (took a day)
The interview itself was ok. I was asked about my undergraduate grades, which were not all that great, even though I have four years of experience in capital markets and I have performed in the top 5% of my MBA class at one of the world's best business schools. From that point it seemed likely that I would not make it through. I was left with a bad taste in the mouth as a result. What is the point of all this effort if you are punished for a couple of bad subjects in the 1st year of undergrad which was 10 years ago!!
I thought the cases went ok, could have gone better.
