Interviewed Dec 2010 (took 2 days)
I was contacted by a recruiter from an agency in a different state about this opportunity. Although I was not told everything I should have about the position, it was enough to make me want the job. I interviewed in-person with the hiring manager as well as the hiring manager's manager via videoconference. I had never had that experience before but it was interesting.

Interviewed Feb 2011 (took 1 week)
This interview was very laid back and conversational. The recruiter was very down to earth and seemed like a good guy who really was looking to hire. He gave me a ton of information and was very easy to speak with. This was definitely the least amount of pressure I have felt when interviewing.

Interviewed Jun 2011 in Chicago, IL (took a day)
I applied online and received an email to set up a phone interview next day. The phone interview was behavioral interview questions and lasted about an hour. The interviewer did not start by explaining the position, started directly with the questions and refused to provide her email adress at the end of the interview, which was odd.

Interviewed Mar 2010 (took a day)
Applied online and received email to interview over the phone. Interviewer was outside HR rep who asked questions about my previous internships, what I did in them, why I was interested in the position, etc. Couldn't answer some of my questions. For entry level, fresh out of college position, they appear to have really high requirements. I've had three internships and two on campus jobs during college and I didn't have enough experience for their taste, so I was not selected to go further. Can't provide any more details since I didn't gain any other exposure.

Received and Declined Offer

Interviewed Jan 2010 (took 1 week)
First - received a phone interview asking basic interpersonal skill questions, and why Bosch? Then was invited in to the offices for three 1:1 interviews. Again, mostly interpersonal skills questions, a couple questions about previous positions - How would you deal with an angry customer? How would you work with an employee that you don't get along with? What is the working environment that suits you best? Very friendly interviewers.

Interviewed Oct 2009 (took a day)
Met with the HR person, who asked me lots of questions about myself and my resume. The person had little to no affect, so even as I tried to engage her, there was no reaction from her. I'm not sure if it's because she didn't like me, or that's how she was trained.

Interviewed Jul 2008 in Bangalore (India) (took a day)
To begin with, the first round is a hardcore technical round. It went on for about 90 mins. They asked in and out of an Embedded system. This includes Software Architecture if applying for a Software position or Circuit design if applying for Hardware position.
After this the second round was general technical questions. It went on for about 30 mins.
Final round was the HR interview that was for about 15 mins.
Mind you, you qualify for a round only if you have cleared the previous round. Also there are high chances that you may do well in technical rounds and still be failed in the HR-round. So be cautious.
