After sending resume, get email from HR for a on-site interview with one manager. The manager was nice and only asked some resume question and had a introduction about the company. Then had a tour of the facility. After about 2 weeks, got the offer. They hired co-ops, so won't ask you tough questions.

The interview process was very straight froward. I applied online, phone interview, then it was followed by a in person interview.
The one on one in person interview was with the Manager. Part of the interview was a tour of the facility. I got a chance to talk with the department heads and get a feel for what I would be doing there.
