The process took 3 weeks - interviewed at Bose in June 2012.
Interview Details – Applied in store. Received a call from store manager to set up an interview with the lead. Simple interview with questions about how I overcame objections. Was given a script to memorize and recite during next interview. Second interview was with ASM. Asked more questions about how I would interact with customers. Had to recite script. Third interview was with SM. Really detailed interview that asked how I work in a team and obtain goals. Recited script again for accuracy.
Interview Question – How would you react to a customer who said no to a sales pitch. Answer Question
Negotiation Details – Dollar/Hour is determined by market average for the position.
The process took 1 week - interviewed at Bose in March 2012.
Interview Details – After a short phone interview I was called back and asked to meet in the store for a one to one interview. The questions were pretty straight forward - nothing that caught me off guard. The Job was in Texas and I do not speak Spanish, so in the end, not being bi-lingual killed my opportunity. I was later told I didn't get the job in a letter sent to my house.
