Interviewed Apr 2010 in Copenhagen (Denmark) (took 2 days)
Very pleasant interview with BCG, friendly people etc. The first round cases where of varying difficulty. 2 of the cases where relatively straight forward (a lot of calculations), the third a little harder. The partner interview was very open and seemingly laid-back, however to not feel too comfortable - they are still watching you!

Interviewed Mar 2010 (took 4+ weeks)
The company is doing really good on hiring people. From the first test I had, I felt like they are carefully guiding me through the hiring process, they were always very friendly and polite.
I had 6 rounds of interviews, including general test (GMAT-like), online case, group case discussion and three interviews with project leaders and a managing director.
Even though I did not get the job, I received a very useful feedback on my performance and I believe that this experience was a great and valuable one.
For the candidates my advice will be - you should really practice cases, as it is a main factor BCG considers during decision making. Have a structure, but not the classic frameworks like 5 forces (these piss them off).

Interviewed Jan 2010 (took a day)
I had 2 interviews for the first round - 2 basic cases. One was an entry in a new market and the other was an evaluation of what portfolio the company should have. Also had basic behavioral questions like what are your most significant achievements. The behavioral went pretty deep and I wasn't super confident about it. It was really my first interview since college.. I needed more practice there. The case wasn't completely trivial and there was a good discussion and interaction with the interviewers which were friendly in a fake kind of way.

Interviewed Aug 2008 in London, England (United Kingdom) (took a day)
Applied to the london office and had a first round interview in the San Francisco office since I was living there at the time. Had a 1hr numerical test which was fine, have to think quickly but finished it with enough time to check answers. Then had a 1:1 interview with partner which was combination of personal experience and case interview. Totally messed up the case interview - panicked when i knew i was missing the key question to ask and couldn't work out what it was. in the end the guy told me what the answer was and i knew there and then i hadn't made it through to the next round!!! Definitely will prepare more thoroughly this time around!

Interviewed Oct 2009 (took a day)
I got interview last week. The interview consists of 2 stage. Both of the stages are 1:1 interview. The interviews have same procedure, first is asking your personal background or resume, second is case interview (consuming most of the interview time), and the last is question and answer where we could ask question related to the firm or works. The interviewers are so nice. They will help you through the interview round..

really nice people, just wasn't as sharp on the case interview as i could have been. interviewed with two people each 45 minutes. it was a really good experience because both of the people were really friendly and understanding. when it came to the case interview, both were pretty understanding and helped out if it seemed like you were really stuck

Interviewed Oct 2009 in New York, NY (took 2 days)
BCG seems like a great firm from the presentations, but it's hard to know what to think when your interviewer interrupts you mid-question to tell you that some of the reasons you've listed for why you like BCG are part of the "BS that recruiters feed to college grads in order to get them to join the firm." That being said, it probably is a great place to work, and I might have gotten stuck with the one guy who had a bad day.
It's a two part interview: two separate 45 min 1-1 interviews, with one case and some personality questions each. Be prepared to answer why consulting? why BCG? what's interesting about you? Cases are straight-forward and no brainteasers, but be sure to use the BCG structured response strategy because that's what they want.
