Interview Details –
Applied through their online portal. Two months later I was invited for an interview at their headquarters located in Boston.
First round: 2 back-to-back interviews, 45 minutes each (10 minutes of FIT questions, 30 minutes on the case, 5 minutes of Q&A). The FIT questions were pretty straight forward as were the cases themselves. That said, interpreting and generating insights from the charts/data/graphs was probably the hardest part, given the time constraints, pressure etc.
Everyone at the company was very professional and kind. All in all, a pleasant experience, however, I was disappointed that I did not receive any post-interview feedback.
Interview Question – FIT question: Tell me of a time that you faced an ambiguous problem and what would did to solve it. Answer Question

Interview Details – I applied online and was invited to first round interview at the Boston office. My preferred office called me and helped prepare me for the interview by describing the process and walking me through a practice case. The first round interview consisted of two 45 minute case interviews where the first 5-10 minutes is behavioral and the last 5-10 minutes is open for questions. I tripped up on my second case when I wasn't deliberate enough with walking through what I needed for the case and as such missed some information. Overall, the people are friendly. They are prompt in letting you know the outcome of your interview.

Interview Details – Passed the 1st round in the Boston office and was invited for the final round one week later. Final round had 3 cases. Performed average in the first two and bad in the last one. The 1st was about a pharma which wants to enter a developing country. The 2nd about a bank and the 3rd about mining in South Africa. The last one had a lot of info in 1 slide and I got confused. Overall, the interviewers were friendly but if you follow a tangent they do not bring you back.

Interview Details – It was a very pleasant process overall. Great working environment. I interviewed right before Halloween so the office was decorated in orange with cobwebs - something I did not expect to see. Very smart, driven and friendly employees. The interviews consisted of two case studies. Expect to see the BCG matrices. Standard resume questions - what is your educational background? What type of leader are you? How do you fit into BCG culture, etc.
Interview Question – How is your personal vision aligned with BCG? Answer Question
Declined Offer – Interviewed in Boston, MA Oct 2012 – Reviewed Nov 10, 2012
Interview Details –
First round consisted of two interviews, one with a Project Leader and one with a Principal. A few fit questions and then moved into the case. The cases have lots of exhibits and are usually very unstructured.
The first case was a market entry and financial analysis with lots of exhibits to look through. The second case was a profitability analysis.
Second round consisted of four interviews - 3 partners and 1 principal.
One case just a bunch of confusing exhibits to sort through and talk about. Another case was about profitability and another was about growth strategy. The final case was written - they gave me an annual report for a company and an industry report and asked me to piece together a few talking points to brief the partner who was going to meet with the client CEO. They gave me half an hour to do it and walked in after 22 minutes to say wrap it up.

Very interesting: they called me right after my application to come by for interview.
Just prepared myself a bit with case in point, after all they don't want you to use a predefined framework, they want you to create a framework on the spot. The first round was rather hard, while the in basket case in the second round wasn't too hard.
Btw, you always need some luck to survive :)

Interview Details –
Pretty well structured, got an invite for a first round later in the week. Two interviews, back to back, with about 10 minutes of behavioral/background questions, 30 minutes for the case question, and then 5 minutes for questions about the firm.
Overall relaxed, though it was tough to get a good read on the interviewer. Definitely brush up on basic math, especially multiplication and division and practice in front of someone as it simulates the pressure you'll have. It seems like even a simple math error can doom you, so practice.
It was well run, everything was on time. Though they said that candidates could get feedback post-interview, though it hasn't been forthcoming which is somewhat disappointing. Overall a decent experience but hard to tell why one makes the cut or doesn't.
Interview Question –
One question on dis-aggregating the impact of a change in profit margin and revenue change on net income. Not difficult, but just took a bit to understand what they were asking.
Also, one behavioral question was to pick a topic I knew a lot about and just explain it in detail for five minutes. Others were typical, why do you want to do consulting, tell me about a time you were on a team, etc.
