They call you on the phone at first, then when you "pass" that, they will call you or say it then to ask you if you want a one on one interview. they will have at least two managers to come have an interview with you after the Human resources person agrees.

I Applied Online and the interview consisted of a Phone Interview, a 1:1 Interview, a Group/Panel Interview, a Presentation, an IQ/Intelligence Test, a Skills Test, a Personality Test, a Drug Test and a Background Check.

Sent resume to the hr contact via the school career board and received a call the next. Asked my current situation and wanted to know if I would come in. Interviewed with a panel of coworkers then the group manager. Then finished with another hr who asked brief personal questions. They mentioned a quick turn around as far as letting me know, but instead after calling to find their decision, I received a brief email. Nothing more. Bad etiquitte.
