I applied in person after 8pm and talked to the manager. Two days later I had received a call requesting an interview with a higher up manager for the following week. The interview was very typical, mostly common questions such as what I did in my previous job, my strength's and weaknesses and then a quick role play.
Interview Questions
What does "customer service" mean to you?
There's a conflict between another employee and the manager, you know for a fact that the employee is correct, what do you do?
