Application Details

I applied online. The process took a dayinterviewed at Bowling Green in December 2009.

Interview Details

The interview followed a multi step process of attending a information session about the position, a minimum gpa check, an online application and the interview was followed by a group presentation on a solution to a residence hall related issue.

The regular process interview is one on one with a hall director and current resident advisor. The next day or following weekend has a presentation portion where several resident advisor candidates are grouped together to provide a solution to a residence life related issue.

The quick-hire process involves a one on one interview with several hall directors.
