Interviewed Aug 2009 in Chicago, IL (took 2 weeks)
I applied for the position of District Sales Representative on CareerBuilder. About one week after I applied for the postion, I received a call from Human Resources requesting a personal interview with the Group Sales Manager and the Regional Manager. I had five years of previous experience selling coffee with a competitor, so I was pretty familiar with the coffee business. As I recall, this was a pretty basic interview. Dress professionally, show enthusiasm, and ask good questions and you will do well.

Negotiation Details
No, the Company pretty much makes a take it or leave it offer. Beware of any commision that they tell you you can earn in addition to your salary(which is very low) it is a complete lie.
Other Details
I Applied Online and the interview consisted of a Phone Interview and a Group/Panel Interview.
