Interviewed Jun 2010 in Bedok New Town (Singapore) (took a day)
First phone interview, there are something related with personality and previous research. Onsite interview: most questions are basically behavioral questions, for example: 3 stregths and 3 weakness of your self. how do you coordinate with different department? if you have a good idea while your boss said it is not so good, what will you do?
the interviewer is the brady asia r&d manager.

i do not like the industry. and it is 3 places rotational work. i guess i am too old to move around the world

I got the interview through a Recruiter and the interview consisted of a Phone Interview and a 1:1 Interview.
