Began with in-person screening interview at my University. A few weeks later I was invited to the superday, which consisted of 6, 30 min interview sessions with either 1 or 2 analysts. Questions ranged from behavioral to technical, and a few brain teasers. There were not only financial questions, but economic questions to get a feel for candidates general knowledge and business acumen. There was also a skills assessment that tested accounting knowledge and a writing portion that was like a case study.
