A month after I applied I finally got a call. Its was pretty informal, and the questions were pretty easy. I was asked about my previous work/volunteer experience and what I liked and disliked about it.
I called a week later to asked if any decisions were made and was set up for a second interview and got the job.

I was sought out by an in-house recruiter, had 1 in person interview, then received an offer

pay versus location, needed either a 4 day 10 hour work week or a higher salary to offset the commute, and they were not willing to negotiate on either
