Interview Details –
Application was submitted but because I had an employee referral, I may have gotten the 1 on 1 sooner than most. The initial sit-down is with whichever manager is in charge of the area for which you're applying. If that goes well, you take a personality test. There is occasionally a second interview.
Be friendly and confident. Don't boast or make unwarranted claims about your work history or abilities. Understated with a strong delivery is the way to go.
