Interview Details – I was recruited to work here. When I went in to further talk about the position I was told to apply online. I got called the next day for an "interview" and was hired on the spot.

Interview Details – You fill out an hour long job app, which includes a multiple choice test at the end. This is taken into consideration in your employment..so don't blow it off. Then if you get called back, you go in for a simple and easy interview..and more than likely you'll get hired on the spot or called back within a day for the job. Super easy. Just take the test at the end of the app seriously.
Negotiation Details – There wasn't one
Learning how NOT to manage a company. You kind of have to figure out how to manage one by yourself.
