Interviewed Sep 2009 (took 4 weeks)
I became aware of the open position through a friend in the industry. I called a Divisional recruiter who had a 1:1 interview with me. He then recommended the branch manager interview then. I was interviewed by the branch manager. Then I had another interview a couple weeks later with the branch manager and regional manager. I did not hear back for a couple of days and had another offer as well from a competing company. I called the recruiter to tell him I was making a decision that week on what offer to take and I thought Brickman was the place for me. He called me back 15 minutes later with an offer I accepted for the job. I started two weeks later after giving notice to my previous employer.

Negotiation Details
I was able to negotiate my salary to a slight degree and a few extra vacation days. I would recommend asking for travel expenses if need to pay tolls to commute to work or a signing bonus if they will not offer a salary negotiation.
Other Details
The interview consisted of a 1:1 Interview, a Group/Panel Interview and a Personality Test.

Interviewed Aug 2010 (took 2 weeks)
In their search for management employees Brickman I believe searches for both employees looking to work at the position they are hired for as well as those who have the potential for rapid growth within the company. Brickman appears to be in a fast growth mode and needs to find and foster the development of fast growth employees and I believe this is visable in their interview process which aims to identify and track those skills in the phone interview portion and then find the best fit for the company in the 1 on 1's.
