Interview Details – The hiring process started with a detailed presentation by the business head (approx. lasting 60 mins) followed by the question and answer session where the candidates interested in asking some relevant questions were invited one by one to do the same and were being answered by the business head. This lasted to around 15 mins. After the presentation was over the interested candidates were invited for the job registration process and the rest were asked to leave. All the interested candidates were asked to submit their Resume (Hard Copy) and then the relevant resumes were shortlisted by the employer and again the rest were asked to leave.
