There was nothing complex. it was a part time job so there was no need to be very prepared. I was able to talk to the supervisor about different skills that i posses and it was awesome. I was treated also very well and felt like it was a nice place to work

Applied through the student employment office. There were 9 applicants for the position; student positions tend to be competitive. Had an hour long interview with the system admin, solved some problems. About what you would expect. It is a student job, but it is the kind no one ever quits from until they graduate.

Very simple process. I applied online, had an interview first with my future supervisor, then with the supervisor of CAEDM himself.

Negotiation Details
You can negotiate an hourly rate, but the supervisor of CAEDM is a really stubborn guy and doesn't like to raise his employees pay.

I was interviewed by a panel of four managers. We made introductions, then they told me about the company and the position. Then they each took turns asking about my attention to detail, organizational skills, and any secondary language skills. After their questions, they gave me time to ask any of my own. The interview lasted about half an hour.

Negotiation Details
There is little room for negotiation, since the job has high turnover and many applicants. If you have foreign language skills, then you may be able to negotiate a higher wage.
