Very Easy Interview
Product Technician Interview (Neutral Experience; Very Easy Interview)
I applied online and the process took 4 weeks - interviewed at Brink's, Incorporated.
Interview Details – Takes 4 weeks to get on board. Hiring folks are a little deceiving. It is not their fault, they don't know what goes on in the other side of the business. The nightmare begins once through training. You could easily be blind-sided if you are not prepared for it.
Messenger Interview (Positive Experience; Difficult Interview)
I applied online and the process took 3 months - interviewed at Brink's, Incorporated in October 2012.
Interview Details – You will be interviewed once or twice depending on how much your interviewer likes you. They are looking for dedicated people who will do whatever it takes to get the job done while utilizing common sense and best judgement. You will need to apply online multiple times because applications are often selected at random, due to the fact it is impossible to read every single application that is submitted. I submitted four applications before I got a call. You will then get an interview and if you pass that you are in good shape. The background packet is the tricky part it goes more in depth than some law enforcement agencies. You need to respond to your background investigator immediately. If you cannot reach them leave them a message and always ask for confirmation that they have received your documents. They receive so many faxes at the H.R office that they often times will not look for it unless you ask them about it. It also shows dedication to working there which is what they really desire.
Interview Question – This is a dangerous job and you may have to carry large quantities of valuables or cash. You are risking your life, How do you feel about that. View Answer
Negotiation Details – No negotiation just look at glassdoor.com to make sure you are getting the same wage as everyone else or just ask other employees if you know any.

Inside Sales Relationship Manager Interview (Neutral Experience)
Interviewed at Brink's, Incorporated
Interview Details – Horrible department (inside sales). absolutely no structure. You have no training, directors and managers have no idea what they are doing. you are given a bogus portfolio to manage with no account info and half of them have no been a customer of brinks for years. when asking questions to do something managers have no idea but act like they know everything and will tell you to go find out for yourself. Management shows favoritism to a few people and others and just left hanging. everyone is supposed to have a monthly and quarterly goals, but none of the employees know their goals since management changes it up every month. VP and director just chasing some numbers which they even know they cannot accomplish. You are just a number to them not a person. Horrible place to work. Please don't waste your time applying to this position. (inside sales relationship manager)
Negotiation Details – no
