Had an employee pass my resume around the company, I recieved a call and conducted 2 in person interviews and was offered a different position from originally interviewed.

there was no negotiation. They exceeded my expectations for pay.

I got the interview through an Employee Referral and the interview consisted of a 1:1 Interview, a Group/Panel Interview, a Drug Test and a Background Check.
