Tough interview wanted lots of examples of experience and how I had handeled would handle different situations many of which I had never experienced!

Can you describe a situation where you hAD PLANNED SOMETHING and due to another persons actions it did not work? What did you do and how did you deal with this person?

I Applied Online and the interview consisted of a 1:1 Interview, a Presentation and a Skills Test.
