Interviewed Nov 2008 (took a day)
I applied via e-mail filling the organisation's application form. An application included some questions that would allow the employer to make an initial assessment of the skills. In a short period of time (I believe, in less than 2 weeks), I was invited for an interview with the Director and the Deputy Director. During the interview we covered all aspects of the position at hand, of my previous work experience, educational background and my skills. The interview was carried out in a pleasant and professional manner and lasted for about 1 hour. Shortly after, I received a job offer, which I accepted.
