Negotiation Details – No negotiations as all the pay scales are fixed. All bands have a minimum at which new joinees start. They get an average of around 4%-6% hike each year. Expats get salary in British Pounds+Indian Rupees plus excellent relocation benefits. Indians don't get even bus tickets to reach the posting location.
