I received a screening phone call on a Wednesday which led to a 4 person panel interview the next day. The following Tuesday I was called back for a skills test where I had to demonstrate my analytic and excel skills. Thereafter, I interviewed with 2 VPs would I would be working with. by 3pm the next Wednesday, an offer was made which I countered, got approval and accepted.
