Got the interview through a Boston recruiter and was told that the company was interviewing two candidates for the position. Interviewed with two floor managers for about fifteen minutes which consited of personality questions and talk about local sports. Received a call from recruiter the next day with an offer.

Negotiation Details

There was no negotation phase as the job was temp-to-hire. I was told that this was how they brought in all of their employees and after a 3-6 month trial period, there was either an offer or termination. Be very cautious of the temp-to-hire process, because it is risk free to the employer and there is no guaranteed time committment on when you will be hired.

Other Details

I got the interview through a Recruiter and the interview consisted of a 1:1 Interview, a Drug Test and a Background Check.

I was sent to an interview by an employment agency for the corporate actions specialist position. I interviewed with one of the department supervisors. The interview was pretty generic - tell me about yourself, tell me about when you were in so and so situation. It lasted probably about 20 minutes. I was contacted later in the day that I had received the position. I worked in the department for about four months before I was transferred to another department and hired permanently.
