Interviewed Jul 2008 (took a day)
Basically, I just went in and asked if they were accepting applications. I cant remember if I had to come back another day for the interview or if the manager had me fill out the application and do the one-on-one right there in the store. It was pretty straightforward and he asked me general questions about my personality and why I want to work at the store. At the end he offered me a position.

Interviewed May 2010 in Akron, OH (took a day)
The interview was difficult in the fact that the questions were really akwardly worded. Ex. Describe a time where you were called upon to do something great, and why you were chosen and the given outcome? Also the offer for minors is like a 5 hour shift which doesn't really make me want to work for only 5 hours as a minor. I much rather find another company that will offer me a decent wage with an 8 hour shift. And i did. Also when they described the job responsibilities I was amazed the work required for such a small shop. Don't get me wrong the food is good, just not the job. But if you still want the job, BRING ALOT OF QUESTIONS it makes you look prepared and ready.

Interviewed Mar 2010 in Avon, CT (took a day)
After looking for various part time jobs throughout town I decided that I was willing to work for just about any company. I went into the local Brueggers and saw that they were hiring in the Winter of 2007, and I filled out the application on the premises. After about a week I heard back from the store manager and I was called in for an interview. During the interview very basic questions were asked of me that just about anybody could answer. Most of the interview involved the manager explaining my duties and what would be going on during daily operations. After getting the job, i quickly found my manager to be a micro-manager, and I did not enjoy my job.

The negotiation was very simple. I saw what the hourly pay was and I requested on my application for an increase of that number. I found out upon my hiring that I got the desired hourly rate.

Interviewed Feb 2010 (took a day)
I went to the bakery and interviewed with the manager. She was very nice and asked about previous experience and employers. I was then shown around the building and asked to fill out an application.
