I applied through an employee referral and the process took a day - interviewed at Buccaneer Computer in October 2009.
Interview Details – The interview process consisted of a phone interview basically just a personality evaluation and relevant experience. The in-person interview was meeting the hiring department managers, team leads and potential team mates (which they don't do anymore, but it was very beneficial). The interview process was very laid back and seemed to evaluate your relevant experience and the chemistry between the team leaders and teammates.
Negotiation Details – The negotiation was easy. During the interview process, a range of expected salaries was given. They chose the lower of the range and I chose the higher number during the acceptance and they agreed.
